Rim Rock Rodeo number 5, 2016.

With a fairly decent temperature for the evening,  a good crowd gathered to witness  man and animal athletes compete again in Rodeo number 5.




The rodeo results are as follows:
The Saddle bronc and the bareback broncs won their
events leaving the riders on the ground shortly after
they left the gate.

In Bull Riding, Gavin Barrick took first with a score of 79. Jason Blasdel placed second with a 74 score.

 Only one Junior Bull Rider placed and that was Cutler Cowered who earned a score of 65.

Kole Roberts was the lone calf roper, successful with  20.26 seconds.

Ribbon roping Mario Baleztena and Daniel Denton won first place prize money with a time of 14.45 while Dusty Seeley and Laurne Lancaute took second  with the time of 26.10 seconds.

Brittney Bradfield took first with a searing time of 2.81 seconds, followed so very closely by Sarah Walker with 2.85 seconds as her time.

Barrel racing is always a favorite.
Barrels 1D: first place Ashley Watson, 18.69 seconds and Brittney Cordova was second with 18.76 seconds. Only 7 hundredth of a second separated the first and second places.
Barrels 2D, Ashley Hamilton was first with a round on20.03 seconds.
 Brandi Frederick was right on her neck with a 20,15 second run.
 Barrels 3D, Kayanna Vidmar made it around the barrels with a time of 21.85 seconds for first place.
 Second place went to Lori Allen who raced to a time of 22.41.

Team roping #8, First place was won by Rory Beach and Riley beach with a time of 18.72
Second place was filled by Sarah Walker andLynn Campbell in 20.56 seconds.

Team Roping #11:
Lynn Campbell and Wes Jones placed first in14.35 seconds.
K.  Roberts and  Kole Roberts won second place with 17.98 seconds
   timed.
