Snow, some open areas in a frozen pond, all make for photo ops. If only one had that lens used by Dean Humphry as he photoed a heron in flight, from the side as the bird flew. This is a georgous shot found in the Daily Sentinel last week. Look on line for best photos of the week, GJSentinel.com
