The cement pad gave evidence that Tracey Garchar was at it again.This man, an accountant by trade, is a gifted inventor and maker of smokers and other cooking creations.
He is the creator of a gas, outdoor wok, a device which produces wonderful fish and beef dinners. This cooker also doubles as a patio table.
Then there are the many smokers Garchar has created. The latest one is the biggest one. With the many hours spent in the creation of these iron wonders, perhaps this could be one of the last ones he makes. Then it will be on to new and even more exciting creations as he plans and welds.
