Flat Top Reed brings out the sun for great Thursday evening concert

After rain storms in and out of the Valley all day, Flat Top Reed blew them away for the free Thursday night concert number two for the summer.
A good crowd gathered and comfortably listened to the blues and alternative country played by the group.
In fact, they were probably more comfortable than the concert crowd gathered at the State Park who find traffic woes in and out of that facility.
Paul Harshman, Mr. Musical wiz with his fantastic mastering of musical history, John Anglim on the harmonica, his compatriot of seven years now, Seth Strickland, guitar, Kellen Michael, guitar, and David Arellano, sound man graced the stage at the Fruita Civic Center, treating the crowd to great tunes.
For some interesting conversation and a good look at music and entertainment, sit these guys down to a cup of coffee and enjoy their love, music. Watch for more of their gigs coming soon.
