Last March, the 14th Fruita Talent Show took place at the Fruita Middle School auditorium. Each performance was great. As to winners, well
the way it looked, every participant was a winner. From tiny ballerinas, to dancers, to guitar and piano players, singers and then Ellen Roberts and Mary Lee Bowen, wanna be Patsy Clines, came up with a very funny comedy piece, a lip-sync of Penny Cline's "She's got you."At the appropriate parts of the song they tossed
memorabilia to the audience taken from their clothing, 45's, (records that is), ties, boas and more. Be sure to start to practice now for next year's show.
