Fat Tire, morning of third day.

aspen Street found the two guys from Golden featured in Friday's blog getting set to travel home for an unexpected funeral for a grandmother. Dan Sosalla, originally of Milwaukee now of Golden and Odia Wood-Krueger, formerly of Saskatchewan, no Minneapolis were taking a couple of hours of rest as they checked news and maps. Both were part of a group of the University of Wisconsin Stout alumni attending Fat Tire.
Camilla's was busy as well. Jeff Diem of Michigan and Brian Pearson of Glenwood Springs were hanging out.
The pancake breakfast was well attended as Employees of U.S. Bank showed their culinary skills. Michelle Melgares was busy topping the great pancakes.
Kurt Adams, Jay Fairclough (J-Bomb custom Bikes) and Mark Ormandy were enjoying pancakes made with Fat Tire Brew by Belgium.
Everyone was out biking, Kokopelli trails, the trails at the north end of 18 Road in the Bookcliffs and the Ribbon Trail, the best slickrock trail near Grand Junction, south of the Little Park Monument Store.
