Centennial Celebration Colorado National Monument

Colorado National Monument "Centennial Exhibition Show" contained works about the monument like  this pen and ink drawing.

The first Friday of 2011 was celebrated by two art shows held at Grand Junction City Hall.
The 100 year birthday of the Colorado National Monument marked one of its special events, "Centennial Art Exhibition," with a display of the show on the second floor. This exhibition will be moved next door to the County Building April 1.
On the first floor, three local artists brought together a showing of their works. Betty Roy Pitts, Fran Born and Maya Nichols are the featured artists for the first quarter of 2011.
Be sure to visit these shows.
