Janet Province couldn't believe her eyes as she drove toward her home around 7 p.m. Thursday evening. A beautiful golden yellow hot air balloon was beginning to fill as it lay on Reed Park's lawn.
Never going anywhere without her camera, Province was able to snap shots of the occasion. She generously shared the photos with this Blog.
At the present, the only information about the event is that "some ladies were being given a ride."
